Q.What is the Exhibitor Zone and why is this essential for exhibitors?

The Exhibitor Zone is an area located via the Safety and Health Expo 2012 website and contains essential information on how to get the best from the show as well as all the practical tips you will need prior to, during and after the event.

Q. I have lost/not received my password to access the secure Exhibitor Zone. What should I do?

Please complete the password request form on the Exhibitor Zone login page. Your password will then be emailed to you.

If you have exhibited in previous years your password will be the same.

Q. How do I access the Exhibitor Technical Manual?

The Exhibitor Technical Manual will be live in January 2012. The Manual will be accessible through the Exhibitor Zone. You will be able to log-in using the password which will be sent to you via email and by clicking on the link 'Technical Manual'

Q. I can access the Exhibitor Technical Manual, but do not understand how to use it. What should I do?

Q. How do I access the PR and Marketing Guide?

The PR & marketing guide is accessed through the  Exhibitor Zone; log-in using the password sent to you via email and by clicking on the link 'PR and Marketing Guide'.

Q. When will I receive my exhibitor badges?

Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show or if you need replacement/additional badges they can be obtained onsite

Q. I would like some help with PR & marketing in the run up to the show. What can I do?

Please refer to the PR & Marketing Guide, accessed through the  Exhibitor Zone, which contains essential information on how to maximise your investment at the show. Alternatively contact the Marketing Team.

Q. How do I create my own page on the Safety & Health 2012 website?

Our website attracts massive visitor traffic in the lead up to the show and we've made it easy for all our exhibitors to promote themselves and their new products. You can access your extranet page through the Exhibitor Zone using the password sent to you via email. For any queries regarding the extranet facility, please contact Anna Jackson

Build up times are as follows:

Saturday 12 May 08.00-18.00 Space Only
Sunday 13 May 08.00-18.00 Space and shell
Monday 14 May 08.00-20.00 Space and Shell

Breakdown will be:

Thursday 17 May 16:15-22:00
Friday 18 May 08:00-14:00

Q. Am I entitled to a free entry in the official Safety & Health 2012 show guide?

Yes, as an exhibitor at Safety & Health Expo 2012, you are entitled to a free entry in the official Show Guide, which is distributed free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.

Q. Can I submit press releases to appear on the Safety & Health Expo 2012 website?

Yes, please email your press releases/news stories/case studies to the Marketing Team

Q. Can I nominate my important clients for VIP status?

Yes, you can nominate 10 of your most important clients to receive automatic pre-registration, a free show catalogue onsite and use of the VIP facilities at the show. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.

Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show.

Q. What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?

When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.

Exhibitor access is from 08:00 each day.

Yes, there is car parking for 21,000 vehicles and regular complimentary shuttle buses to and from the main entrances.
