BSIF Service Awards - Entry

This is an award, voted on by your customers, giving a true reflection of their view of your
service. How do you enter?

 During January 2011, supply BSIF with a list of five customers, their contact name and their
email address.

 BSIF will contact each of these customers requesting them to answer a short questionnaire
designed to highlight their view of your service.

 All results are kept highly confidential and where the customer allows, fed back to you. The
top marks win!

It could not be simpler, but in the years it has run, many companies have commented how useful
the feedback has been and how they have used the information received in their ISO 9001
submissions. The winner and commended entries have created very beneficial publicity both
internally and with existing and new customers.

So, become a Service Aaward winner. Just let us know who your five customers are.
Entry details will be circulated to all members in January 2011.
