Steve Pointer

Steve Pointer joined EEF in 2008, and heads the organisation’s policy work on health, safety and regulatory reform.  He represents manufacturers’ views and concerns to UK and European Union politicians and officials as well as working with EEF’s national network of health and safety advisors to promote and support good practice. 

He formerly worked for the Health and Safety Executive, initially as an inspector before moving to HSE’s headquarters working on strategic and communications issues.
