EHS VR is the software company focusing on the virtual reality applications related to ohs, first aid,  fire protection, ergonomics and environmental protection. VR training supports traditional training and is an effective tool for trainers. The company promotes an innovative approach that enables the training participants to be transferred into extraordinary and unusual realities, thus teaching correct behavior in a dangerous situation.

Virtual reality is a technology that allows the user to move into any virtually-created world. The basic feature of VR, which is associated with its training potential, is the involvement of the full attention of the viewer. In the case of the Occupational Health and Safety sector, the effectiveness of teaching is crucial, because here, information is provided that may decide about someone's health or life in the future.

FIRST AID VR – BLS + AED

The application dedicated to training in first aid, in which you have to perform three main tasks. One of the three stages of the application is a situation in an office, where at some point a man falls down. What needs to be checked, among others, is the breathing, help needs to be called and resuscitation provided. The application is designed in such a way that chest compressions are made on a physical phantom, and with goggles you can see a man to whom resuscitation provided. The application counts compressions and shows if you are doing them at a correct pace. The user must perform voice commands and shout "Help!" several times. Then the application reacts and sends us someone with help, who in the next stage looks for AED, puts on gloves and takes over the resuscitation procedure. The user moves onto the part related to AED, i.e. placing electrodes and starting the device. 

The application is used during first aid training as one of the training modules, most often after the presentation of the theoretical part, including the correct position of hands and compressions.

VR Fire Protection

Another application - EVACUATION VR, is dedicated to training regarding evacuation with the possibility of personalization with a specific plan of the client's building. You earn points for during the game for correct proceeding and at the same time, you are acquainted with the fire safety instructions in a modern way easy to acquire. The application made according to the BS5588 standard for fire safety management. The application was developed on the basis of the British Standard and presents two scenarios:

·         How to act when you see a fire?

·         What to do when you hear a fire alarm?

When putting on VR goggles, you will be taken to an office, where you will have to perform specific tasks and activities to notify about the fire and use extinguishing equipment to extinguish the fire. Interactions allow you to learn about the operation of a hydrant or fire extinguisher.

Technology gives us the opportunity to affect the senses in a way that has not been available before. It is worth using innovative technology, especially to acquire knowledge and skills in such areas as saving lives and human health.

RASOR is a multi-purpose device with the ability to collate data from multiple health and safety risk sensors including but not limited to Reactec's HAVwear. Field workers and remote supervisors can act upon alerts and manage risk in real-time. In addition, RASOR supports remote and lone workers so they are never alone with location information tracking and alarms for panic and man down situations. RASOR is an excellent device for employers monitoring multiple risks on disparate systems or mobile workers at risk from HAV exposure.
