Safety Media have a wide range of customers, from global brands such as Adidas, Aviva, VW, Sony, Chelsea FC, Mars to multi nationals in the B2B world, even to smaller companies looking to provide the best Health & Safety solution for their organisation and employees. We value each one of our clients with the same level of service and respect and take pride in finding the right solution for every need.

Safety Media provide solutions to Health & Safety or Compliance training, recording and reporting challenges. This is achieved through an integrated suite of Software applications which include:

E-learning  Delivery, recording and reporting with access to over 120 Health, Safety & Compliance titles. E-Learning can be done alone or instructor led and includes engagement with the learner in the form of text, images, animation, video, audio or a combination of all of them. The custom built Learning Management System allows Compliance and Health & Safety training to be completed around other commitments, at any time of day and in all kinds of environments.

Incident Reporting  Allowing users to log in and report accidents, near misses, loss of assets or damage to property from any location globally. Being able to report such incidents is crucial in today's corporate world. Photographs and specific forms can also be uploaded to the system and added to the filled-out report. Location and date information is automatically stored within the system, allowing relevant persons to log into the system and view and react to the reports as required.

Risk Management  Including creating and completing Risk Assessments as well as assessing the risks of everyone in your organisation through check-list questions. By asking simple yes/no questions specifically in relation to your organisations Health & Safety requirements, administrators are therefore able to manage, access and identify risks by using a simple traffic light system. Organisational risk assessments can be completed and stored online to ensure data is accessible and securely recorded for future evaluation.

Audit  Create and distribute site or location based audits from a central location and report upon quickly and easily through automated escalation protocols. When filling out an Audit form, the person who has been assigned to complete the form will be asked to complete a check-list that must be reviewed against specific criteria. Once completed, reports are sent automatically through to the relevant responsible person so that actions can be carried out and threats rectified as required.

Document Management  This new functionality allows managers to distribute important documentation and policies around the workplace without the chaos and stress of chasing up who has signed and who has seen it. Safety Media has developed the tool which, required the user to show acceptance and acknowledgement of the document, ensuring a more compliant and safe working environment. This is a much more robust form of policy distribution and ensures managers can do this mandatory task with ease, decreasing staff downtime and increasing work productivity.

Course Creator  We offer our Enterprise clients full power over the training that is delivered to their employees and benefit from all the protection off the shelf offers. The idea is simple, much like most popular music players, you can create ‘playlists' of different snippets of course content and put them in an order that works best for your organisation. You can even add self-tests and risk checklists, just like our normal courses. This clever tool is available to all Enterprise e-Learning clients. You can still opt to use our standard library of courses if you choose to do so but will still have the Course Creator option in your Administration menu.

The software we have produced at Safety Media is designed to make life easier and take a lot of the duplication and hassle out of recording and reporting. Administrators or stakeholders can log in via an online device and gain a snapshot of information about the safety and risks of the business. Board reports can be produced quickly and efficiently containing only the relevant information you require for your needs.

The Learning Management System is fully SCORM 1.2 compliant meaning you can upload other e-Learning courses to the system to keep all your training records in one place. You can even record other training against users records for training requiring a physical element such as First Aid or Driving training.

All our software is built, managed, maintained and supported in-house by a team of experts. This enables us to continually improve and update our services to clients and respond to legislation changes throughout our courses promptly.

What makes Safety Media different?  We are not the only provider of Health & Safety e-Learning training and nor do we profess to be. There are many other companies around who provide their own version of training and Health & Safety software. However, Safety Media focuses on providing a quality product and this is evident in the courses that we provide.

Five modules in one simple platform  We pride ourselves on constantly evolving the Safety Media product and the newest additions to our broad range of Health & Safety management solutions. With a few simple clicks, customers can utilise the Audit Module, Incident Reporting tool, Risk Management software and Document Management functions along with access to our acclaimed e-Learning.

Data protection penetration testing Safety Media's e-Learning platform has been fully penetration tested by an external independent organisation. We are confident not many of our competitors can say the same. If you are considering other companies as an e-Learning partner be sure to ask specific questions about the security of the system you will be using. We have nothing to hide about our system and we are sure we are entirely secure.

ROSPA Approved  In December 2012 Safety Media started the process of gaining RoSPA Approval for all our Health & Safety e-Learning courses and DVD Library. Now we have our entire applicable library approved with new courses gaining approval even before release. With the RoSPA stamp of approval you can be sure our courses are industry approved and of top quality.

CPD Certification  By training using Safety Media's in-house courses and health and safety DVDS you can add CPD Credits to your personal development scheme. The mark of approval is a ‘quality mark' recognised throughout the training world as a high standard of content and delivery. Every single course and DVD produced by Safety Media carries the CPD stamp.

Over 100 Courses  An open Licence from Safety Media's e-Learning Solutions means you and your employees get complete access to Safety Media's entire library of courses. This includes Induction Courses, In-Depth courses and a range of refresher titles to keep training up to date.

Dedicated Support Team and Contact information  We have an entire team dedicated to providing first class customer support. As a customer, you will have a dedicated Account Manager and Support Manager along with access to a support helpline should your support manager not be available.

SCORM Compatible Courses Any of the Safety Media courses can be bought as SCORM courses to fit into your current Learning Management System. You don't need to move LMS to benefit from top quality content. We want to work with you, not make you work with us!

People are the backbone of any successful business, so it's crucial that yours are happy, healthy and motivated. Yet employee health problems and stress can quickly lead to:

  • Costly short and long-term sickness
  • Low staff morale
  • Reduced productivity
  • High staff turnover
  • Mistakes and customer dissatisfaction

While you can't prevent employees from becoming unwell, our three-staged approach to employee wellbeing helps minimise the impacts of these issues, without the high costs typically associated with private medical insurance. It includes:

Healthcare for Business that can help to reduce employees' health issues escalating, and mitigate anxiety, by providing convenient access to private diagnosis, treatment and surgery when the NHS can't help in a timely manner, as well 24/7 EAP, physiotherapy and remote GP advice.

Convenient on-site Health Assessments that can help employees identify any health risks before they escalate, with personal actionable health reports that help keep them fit and well.

Health Cash Plan that's a cost-effective way to reward employees by helping them out financially on routine healthcare costs.

We have over 800,000 members and over 110 years' experience of working closely with employers and employees – so we know what works for businesses.

TraffiGlove are the original inventors of the colour coded hand protection system. It was our idea back in 2008, and we've been delighting customers with it ever since. You could say it's in our DNA.
The concept? A simple three colour coded system based on RED, AMBER and GREEN. Each colour reflects the level of cut protection the glove provides, whether it'slower (RED), medium (AMBER) or higher (GREEN). This keeps things simple, so you can tell from a glance what level of cut protection is being used.

The success of our hand protection system has been rapid and worldwide, with hundreds of thousands of users choosing TraffiGlove to keep their hand ssafe.

The importance of your hands can't be overstated, so it goes without saying everyone deserves the best in hand protection. That's why we go the extra mile.

  • Innovation. We're always at the forefront of innovation. Whether it's new gloves with increased comfort and dexterity, or longer wear life and higher levels of protection, our latest products cover it all.  Listening to customer feedback on how our range should evolve is a vital part of this process.
  • Listening, Learning, Advising. Because everyone deserves the best, we won't be quick to prescribe you a glove without understanding the task in hand. We want to learn about the nature of the work, the issues being faced and implement free user trials where necessary to help find the best suited product.
  • Aligning & Improving. We'll work closely with Health and Safety Managers to align our support and product offering with your company objectives. This way, we can be sure to reduce hand injuries and increase safety awareness across the board.

At Zehnder Clean Air Solutions, we provide clean air for thousands of businesses around the world. We often hear about pollution and how it affects outdoor air quality, but the indoor air quality of facilities is just as bad, if not worse.

Since your employees spend a large portion of their day at work, you have to consider the quality of the air they're breathing. Dirty air in the workplace can have a negative impact on their health and wellbeing. Dust in the air can also affect the functioning of machines and when it settles on the floor, it can make the surface slippery and cause workplace injuries and accidents.

Our air cleaning systems use high efficiency filters and have technical features that allow for customisation to meet every customer's need. The polypropylene fibres of our unique Flimmer Filter are electrostatically charged and thereby attract and capture incoming particles like fine dust, coarse, fumes and any other solid airborne particles at the source. In short, our air cleaning units will remove particles from the air before they have the chance to settle on goods and machines, and before workers can breathe them in.

Our aim is to provide businesses with the clean indoor air they deserve, with special emphasis on employee health and safety. We build our products and services around the needs of our customers, and help companies be more competitive by providing a superior work environment with optimal indoor climate. In addition to this, customers will notice an improvement in efficiency and productivity. Employees will be more motivated and happier and there will be less of a need for maintenance and constant cleaning.

To retain talent and build strong teams, employers need to create a work environment that is superior to that of their rivals. By helping businesses keep their indoor air clean, Zehnder helps them do better business in superior surroundings, improving their operations and overall corporate image.

Vehicle detection. Using audible visual warnings, activation of control signals, barriers and gates, ZoneSafe Proximity and Alert Systems offer the ability to provide right of way or segregation. This helps to prevent collisions between approaching vehicles and pedestrians at crossing points, intersections and walkways.

Asset Protection and Hazard Alert. ZoneSafe systems offer an audible visual warning to vehicle operators when there is a risk of collision with fixed assets, or encroachment into a ‘no go' or hazardous area.

Access Control. Personnel Access Control provides restricted or controlled access through doors, turnstiles or gates. Vehicle access control provides hands-free automated access for roller doors and barriers. Both systems can be linked with all ZoneSafe applications.
